Why do different websites show different times?

Some publish UTC, others use local civil time, and a city's maximum can differ by minutes from a national headline time. This site labels every prepared result in local time.

What do 1x, 30x and 90x mean in the 3D view?

They are exact simulation-time rates: at 30x, thirty seconds of eclipse time pass for each real second; at 90x, ninety seconds pass.
